Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

Faktorova reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet after the estimated time, please contact your bank or credit card company first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at [email protected] or 520-808-8835. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such items.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
